Sergei Tugarinov is a British-Russian EdTech professional. He began his career in the education space in 2016, whilst at Princeton University, initially focusing on helping international students get into top US & UK universities. He is now working on new projects at the intersection of education, technology and sport in the UK.
Sergei holds a degree from Princeton’s School of Public and International Affairs, and is an alumnus of Eton College, where he was a music scholar. He has also studied and conducted public policy research at Sciences Po in Paris, France.
Alongside his current ventures, Sergei leads EMEA education sales at Kaltura. He was previously Director of Higher Education at Bonas MacFarlane, a leading London-based educational consultancy & tutoring company and the Director of Sales and Senior Academic Advisor at Crimson Education, a global EdTech company. As Crimson's first go-to-market hire in Europe, Sergei grew its European business to $7 million in annual revenue.
